Is there a trick to getting the pen out? I have to get a butter knife to pry it out of the holder..

There are two elongated holes underneath the pen holder. Using one finger per hole I push the pen up and out.

Does the front cover fold all the way to the back of the tablet? Wil I be able to fold it completely behind itself so I can hold it while laying down?
