Dose this come with instructions ?

The compass does come with directions, however they aren't sufficient to teach you how to use a compass if you haven't already been trained to do so. The included directions contain lots of grammatical errors and only provide a basic description of the product and its features. I have taken tons of Search & Rescue as well as land based navigation classes as a Paramedic and this compass has features that even I haven't been trained to use properly yet. Having said that, it's a great product and well-worth the money! It just may require a bit of YouTube assistance to correctly and accurately use all of the features included on this model.

what is the accuracy of the compass? Thanks!

It's a magnetic compass. I am not sure how to describe its "accuracy". Its arrow lines up with the magnetic pole, which is its purpose. You need to know your locations deviation from true north and go from there if you are wondering how close it points to that direction.

Does it works everywhere in the world?

It will work everywhere but the north and south poles! It's a really good compass...well built high quality!
