This lumbar cushion is great to relieve pain on the back. I have a herniated disc and I was in a lot of pain after working several hours on the computer. So, I decided to try this cushion because my office chair has no lumbar support and the result is fantastic! I don't feel back pain anymore. It is also helping me maintain good posture. This back pillow is made from pure memory that adapts to the shape of the body. Placing the cushion on the chair was very easy and practical. Overall, the quality of the material and the effectiveness of the cushion are worth it. Highly recommended!!!

Was skeptical at first as there's so many of these things out there but this works well. My Lazyboy's back padding was giving out right in the central spine area causing my back to hunch when I was sitting. This thing can be placed right where you want it and the straps make sure it stays in place. It's very comfortable and keeps my posture more properly placed when enjoying the chair.

Got this for my aching back, it is soft but at the same time provide the support I need. Good buy!

It seems to have to have a good quality, however I don't feel very comfortable with it. It might be related to my office chair though. The point is it may not be suitable for all types of office chairs and you may need do a bit of research beforehand.
