Intresting & Informative little book
Delivery was super fast. I received this book two days after I ordered it and although its only a pocket book I've found it very intresting and informative. Growing up I've been alergic to many kinds of food and have found almost all of them listed in this book under food types to avoid. I must say I am impressed and will be buying the cookbook as well.

It’s an eye opener and very interesting!!
It’s a very interesting book and if you follow it, you do feel better. It’s hard to follow. I like to eat meat, but according to the book, I should be more of a vegetarian. I did follow the recommendations for a little while, but very hard to do so when you like to eat meat.
