This is a very well rounded multivitamin and the customer service for this company is great! I was concerned about the ingredients that contain "shellfish" but after inquiring about it, I received a very quick response explaining where the ingredients are derived from. They mentioned that the multivitamin contains coral calcium, which isn’t technically a shellfish but can trigger shellfish allergies. The iodine and omega fish oil in the product are both derived from kelp, which can also trigger shellfish allergies. They primarily label the product as containing shellfish so that people with shellfish allergies are aware that it contains ingredients that might trigger a reaction. All around a great MVI for a great price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth a try *by N***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2017* I would say these vitamins are worth a try if you're looking for an effective multivitamin. The benefits:*reasonably priced*one of the ingredients is fish oil which was unheard of in the vitamins that I researched. I can say that I can feel a difference and do feel better when I take them. I don't seem to have any side effects like tasting fish oil or any problems with the small amount of iron that's in it. Since I'm getting low on this bottle, I have just ordered my second one. I think I'll keep giving them a try and yes, I would recommend them.
