So handy for breastfeeding

Great item, the gel pack can be used hot or cold, with it without the material insert. I use these to bring relief from occurrences of occasional swelling where a hot compress is the only thing that brings relief. Brilliant item

These remained flexible and soft after freezing and really did help soothe things if you know what I mean! Their covers were a bit small so the cold plastic bit did sometimes touch the inside of my leg which was a shock! But they were still great and it's a bonus that they are reusable. If you're expecting a baby, I recommend you add these to your past partum survival kit.

Helpfull after giving a birth

I developed a Bartholin cyst and can honestly say it’s the worst pain I have ever felt and yes I have been through labour so I feel I have earned the right to ‘judge’ pain. I tried hot compresses made from flannels and boiled water but it was either too hot or cooled too quick. I ordered these and they were so easy to use (I heated in microwave as I didn’t want it to be wet). They are so easy to use and gave me instant relief. I wish I had had these for after I had my daughter 11 years ago but my goodness I am so glad I have them now. Covers are easy to go wash and the fact they come in packs of two means one is always ready to go when I need it.

Pregnant and suffering so these have really saved the day today. Nice and cold from the fridge but from the freezer they are even better! They stay nice and flexible and the cover clips them nicely into your underwear. I decided to wear them inside an extra pair to keep them clean and they work a treat! Definitely recommend

This done nothing for me. Putting them to fridge make no difference, putting them to freezer it was nice and cool for about 3 minutes before went warm and again made no difference. Quite dissapointed used them maybe twice before throw it into attic. Dont waste your money

these coupled with a heat pad are a must after abdominal surgery ... makes such a difference to swelling and as a form of pain relief

Efficace

Utilizzo questo prodotto perché mi è stato consigliato dal ginecologo, dato che soffro di vulvodinia. In particolare tengo i pad in freezer e li utilizzo al bisogno. Danno un grande sollievo, inoltre il “copripad” in tessuto permette di tenere i pad saldi agli slip ed è lavabile e riutilizzabile.

Atteinte d’endométriose, ces compresses de froid sont géniales et me soulagent de mes douleurs de règle. Elles ne se congèlent pas complètement contrairement à d’autres marques, donc on a pas à attendre qu’elles se réchauffent avant de les utiliser, les housses de protection sont de très bonne qualité et très confortables!
