Yes, it works but not instantly. The results are very subtle and gradual. At about 3 months, I noticed that I felt more alert. I didn't need as much sleep to feel rested and I slept well. I was much less likely to fall asleep when I sat down or reclined while reading or watching TV. At about that time I started to feel my thinking clear a bit. It wasn't until about 6 months of regular use that I could say that absolutely, it has also improved my focus and clarity of thought. This is just what I needed. I am a customer for life.

Absolutely insane how quick this got me focused on stuff I usually struggle to stay attentive to. I am probably not gonna take this all that often, just when I need an extra push to stay on top of stuff, but it really got me tunnel vision and in a flow state almost immediately after taking.
