Is this pad felted on one side and non skid on the other?

Non slip one side for installation on top of hard floors, and non skid on other side for installation on top of wall to wall carpet

One review said it left a sticky substance on hardwood floors. Anyone else had this problem?

I learned about th Teebaud nonskid reversible rug pad from a very reputable Persian rug dealer in San Francisco. I got them for all my rugs -ones on hardwood and also on wall to wall. They are by far the best rug pads I have ever used. There is NO sticky substance on the floor when I adjust the same area rugs. I love how they don't bunch up or slide!

I use this pad for an area rug on top of my carpet. I need to have the area rug cleaned. Will this pad still work after my area rug is cleaned?

Yes this pad will still work. Make sure the area rug is completely dry before placing it back on top of the rug pad. Hope this helps!
