why there is lead in the product and it is not mentioned as an ingredient?

you are probably referring to the Prop 65 Warning, which is applicable to California only which basically warn pregnant ladies that if any of the ingredients were exposed to lead it may cause side effects in newborn babies. Why the other 49 states & 14 territories has same law? it makes you wonder!

Will this help with the dark circles under my eyes

What is the difference between this product and others that also say "by Life Extension" but are not eligible for Prime. Who manufactures this one, compared to the others?

I really do not know which are eligible for Prime but I believe that this is a function of the seller. All of the Eye Pressure Support that I have seen is by Life Extension. They also make combinations of the Eye Pressure Support with other ingredients and also other supplements. Hope that this helps.
