L-Ascorbic Acid is the only type the body can utilize. many cheap brands won't list whether it's the "L" form or not, because it's probably the "D" form which is cheaper to the manufacturer, but the body can't utilize it. I'm frankly impressed that Solgar lists this as the "L" form. They obviously know the deal. Good job Solgar!

What is the color of the solgar vitamin c with rosehips tablet? i bought one bottle and the tablets are colored brownish. has the tablet gone bad because it looks loke it has underwent oxidation process which renders the tablet useless.

Initially, I purchased these at a health food store then later on Amazon. The pills from both bottles were brownish as you described.

What is the difference between regular vitamin c and vitamin c with rose hip?

I've read that fresh rose hip contain a lot of vitamin C but much of the vitamin C in rose hip is destroyed during drying and processing. Rose Hip also loses Vitamin C potency quickly during storage. As a result some rose hip-derived natural vitamin C products are boosted with laboratory produced vitamin C. I don't know if this product has lab produced vitamin C in it.
