Yes. It's a re sealable spout just like any run of the mill inflatable or pool toy.

Is this product 1inch thick by 36 height and 36width?

I think it may be slightly thicker then 1 inch, it is 36 inches in height but I don't think it's 36 inches wide probably closer to 18 inches wide. I don't have them any longer or I would measure them for you.

Three of them - They are big fun, colorful and super cute! you wont be disappointed.... I mean if using for the pool - kids can hang on to them for fun, but they are not floats. I did buy a GIANT sprinkled donut - FUN HUGE tube and a giant pretzel which was cute too!!! - Fits three kids on the pretzel ha ha

Do they serve as pool floaters for adults?

I don't think they would work for that. They are a good size but too rounded to really hold on to as a pool floater. Although, they would be super cute floating in a pool! I used them at a candy shop themed party as props for photos!
