Whats the difference between this & ClearblueAdv other than the fact it remembers cycles? They both track the same hormones so why get this?

I love this fertility monitor bc the opk just tell you to test between certain days. The thing is starting day 6 you turn the monitor on and it tells you to test or not test and you can tell low high or peak. With this info some people don't realize they ovulate earlier than typical 14th day of the cycle. So by starting on the 5th or 6th day of the cycle you can catch it. With it keeping track of your cycle you can also mark which days you have sex and take the tracker with you to your dr appt. I have MTHFR which basically means my body does break down folic acid and my body automatically starts shutting off the blood supply as soon as I'm pregnant and my body doesn't produced enough progesterone. So I usually have to take supplements. I have had 3 miscarriages before I had my son with the first edition clearblue fertility monitor. We have been trying since jan 2017 for our second child using letrozole and a trigger shot with no result. This is the first month I have used the new monitor and preseed and got a positive pregnancy test. I understand the concern on pricing but trust me the first edition monito was $200 and this one is def better and the price is more affordable. I have my Clear Blue Easy monitor from 2009.  Will it work with these sticks?  Have the sticks remained the same, or changed, since 2009?

Can i use the pregmate ovulation test strips with this monitor?

NO! I didn't know and could not find the fertility test strip anywhere in the local stores and unfortunately missed the cycle. The seller should make it clear what's specifically needed for this to work.

Question 4

The description says 10 sticks are needed monthly on average.  Have you found this to be true?

It depends on how long your cycles are. If you're pretty regular, 28 days, 10-12 sticks monthly is accurate.
