First and foremost this lure is a SIZE 10 or 4" LURE; this APPLIES TO ALL COLORS!!!
The X-Rap is a jerkbait meant to mimic an injured baitfish. Your success with the lure is going to depend on the action you impart with it. So if you're quite familiar with jerkbaits, you should be able to impart the proper cadence to catch fish. If you're a beginner, you might have to practice a bit before finding any kind of success. This lure has a nice wobble to it on a straight retrieve. This is a great jerkbait!

Nice for SoCal saltwater
Great action and casts well. Image on it is spot on and kills in saltwater. Perfect for SoCal inshore but may need to replace some hardware if target larger game

Great lure
This is one of the most effective saltwater hard bait I have ever used. One day while fishing nothing was happening with live bait.I used this lure and then it really picked up. I caught a few jacks, and lady fish on the sardine color. Great lure and a must have

great for saltwater
Used this lure for the first time today and landed a Spanish mackerel and 2 king mackerel casting into bait pods. Just came back to order some more. Update: I've used the blue sardine for years and have never had a more productive lure for gulf coast saltwater fishing. Whether I'm trolling for King mackerel or casting into bait pods. I definitely recommend using a metal leader with it though, Spanish mackerel will cut your line going for it like scissors. I've caught many other fish species on it as well.
