I personally prefer the pink. It has a more feminine smell. The gold kind of reminds me of my grandmother.

Have anyone checked the batch code on the bottle/ box?

If I am looking at the correct thing, mine says "6HA6". That's the only number I see on the bottle. If that's not what you're looking for, I don't know the answer.
