High Quality product. Supply should be on the list for survival in case of emergencies.
This product is probably a well-kept secret as far as quality length, reliability and survival. Quality of milk is great for consumption and use in cooking recipes. I maintain a supply of 30 days as part of Emergency Kit. Discovered accidentally and have used for 16 years or longer. Recent order used today and milk quality is great.

Will NOT buy again
1 carton leaked all over the inside of box...not returnable or eligible for refund. Expiration date is only 5 months (fresh is 12), so it's been sitting in their warehouse for months! Price is ridiculously high & NOT worth it!

This Product is a FAVORITE of MY 86yr old Mom!
Across town - too far for my Mom to travel - my sister can find this milk for $1.00 per carton at a local dollar store...it's expensive purchasing through Amazon...but, she LOVES it so much I bought it this time for 8 x the cost elsewhere. I'll have to await my sister's response because gas is $6.59per gallon in my area...not worth the rt drive over there!

This is only 1 qt. Pay more attention than I did.
I thought this was a 6 pack. My mistake I guess. $20 for a quart?? Dang. Three stars because the milk is great tasting.

Great camping/storage/disaster prep product at your local discount store....
I was skeptical at first, but I read up on Ultra High-temperature pasteurization and was looking for a product that I can use as part of my earthquake kit and for camping/off roading use. This is great stuff for the price. You should be able to find this product at your local 99 cents / dollar discount grocery store in the coffee/tea section. I picked up a case for $12.Once refrigerated, it tastes like normal 2% milk. I'm not sure what the other reviewer was commenting about the taste, they must have had a broken seal or something wrong. I drink it as is, use it with protein powders and cooking. Great tasting assuming the seal isn't broken. The shelf life is about one year in "normal temperatures". If these are like any of the MRE's and stuff, the shelf life can be affected by excessive temperatures, I store my milk and supplies in a 70-76 degree room and haven't had any issues. As someone who buys fresh milk and has it spoil before using it up, this Milk is great. I rotate it in the kitchen from the stock on a regular basis. Now I knocked the star off for the lid design. It's sealed, but to puncture the seal the cap has a "blade" molded into it. So you have to tighten and then loosen the lid. I'd inspect the caps before buying. At the local discount store I did find one that was opened/broken seal. I wouldn't mind seeing a better cap design. But for 0.99 a quart, it's an amazing product.
