Excellent product, and good customer service
English is not my main language, so apologies if anything is understood. The tripod looks and feels good quality, it is not that robust, but it holds my phone quite well which is somewhat heavy. Now, when the package arrived, the box was somewhat damaged, besides that I was missing a part (the rotation platform) I sent a message to the company about the problem, and they contacted me right away, saying that they would send me the missing part, without no additional cost. The replacement not only arrived even faster than the original, but also the box was in a better condition, and surprise surprise, not only did they send the missing piece, but they sent the complete tripod, so now I have two tripods, something I honestly didn't expect. Which is also in good condition, and with the ability to hold my phone. In short, if you want a small, simple, and inexpensive tripod for your phone or webcam, I recommend it. Good product, and good customer service.

Almost a Perfect Webcam Tripod and Selfie Stick
I had originally ordered another webcam tripod but it was returned for it was higher price than this unit. This unit has additional components. It includes a phone holder and a rotation platform that the other unit did not. The main tripod is more sturdier — when pressure is appled to the top of the tripod the legs do not flex out as much. I found that the minimum height is really 3.25” if you add the plaform portion on which the camera would set if fully screwed onto tripod. The section that is telescopic provides a total FIXED height of 9” from the base of the extended legs. The telescopic section can be extended anywhere from 9” to 13” as specified. The intermediate length from 9” to 13” is locked with a twisted. The rotational platform adds an additional 2”. When originally shipped, the treaded stem of the sections are protected by rubber sleeves that need to be removed. The disappointment is that this Nexigo tripod does not fit well with Nexigo’s own N950P webcam. It seems that the tripod tread depth of the N950P webcam is not deep and consequently cannot be fully screwed down on the platfroms of the tripod. The rotational section has a moveable platfrom that can be screwed up or down but it is not provide a tight screw down hold. I had to add two 1.25” disc washers on the platform to tightly hold down the Nexigo webcam. It is strange that the N950P has such a shallow tread depth. The Nexigo N930af webcam, which I also have, does not have this problem.

Compact, Easy to Use, and Great for Travel
Very easy to use and compact, making it perfect for on-the-go use. It securely holds both my phone and camera with no issues. I especially love the rotating ball feature, which makes it easy to get different angles. My only downside is that I wish the leg stand and pole were screwable for added stability

Photos MISlead
This is a nice, small tripod. Pretty much what I was looking for. My plan was to use it on a tabletop for video chat, selfies, or taking videos from a table surface. The listing indicated, at least to me, that the extendable portion COLLAPSED down into the handle (which is the way I would have designed it). Well, it doesn't. I included the listing photos showing the near leg on center, which misleads the customer into thinking the extendable sections collapses down between the legs. It does not do that. You have to DETACH (unscrew) the extendable section from between the legs, and RE-ATTACH it above the legs for use. It would really have been nice if it just telescoped down between the legs, and there wasn’t any detach / reattach needed. Lastly, mine had a sharp burr on the upper level camera seat (see photos), which I filed down. Still, for now, it will serve my purpose. Someday, a product redesign will create a more compact version of this, where the upper extended sections will telescope down between the legs.

Great for large monitor setups
I've been using this for the last month after I picked up a Samsung Odyssey Ark Gen 2. With a display that big there's now way my camera could be on top of the monitor like it used to be. This stand is easy to use and very lightweight without feeling super cheap. You twist if slightly to lock it into place, twist it back to collapse it all down. It works fairly well with my setup but I do wish it was 3-4 inches higher. Thats likely a problem with how high I sit, relative to my desk, but its something else to consider if you're looking at this for a similar use. I do think it could also be useful as a standalone tripod for non-video call use, but I do think there are better options if that's what you're going to be using it for.

Not TOO bad for $15
TL;DR: $15, don't expect much; overall it's not a bad tripod. Longer version: For $15, it's not that bad. Is it made in China, yes. Does it feel flimsy, yes. But, the compact design of the tripod is great, it's lightweight. I wouldn't mind seeing this in a lightweight metal version (aluminum, titanium). I would definitely look into one if that were the case. The ball-head isn't the best, but moves easily if you loosen the screw and 'lift-up' on the piece holding the ball-head in place. If you do that, it moves freely. I'm currently using this (see photo) as a means to hold my Aputure MCPro for some photos, and yes, it holds it up with no issue. On a flat surface, this tripod works alright. I personally wouldn't use it to hold my phone, the holder isn't the best design. 4/5 stars because it feels flimsy, the ball-head isn't the smoothest, and sturdiness is questionable; but, overall, does the job and holds a fairly heavy light.

Good, lightweight tripod for web cam. Very stable and can be extended and moved around very easily. No issues with it at all, it also comes with a mobile phone holder but I haven't used that yet.
