These Phiten Dots are Amazing!
I've used this product for years and recently twisted my ankle. It was swollen and painful for weeks (an old injury that never heals well when exacerbated by new injury) while I took anti-inflammatories, iced, rested, elevated, etc. Then, I found some of these Phiten Dots in my house and recalled how they always help soft tissue injuries feel better. I placed 4 dots around my swollen ankle, and the next morning awoke pain free for the first time in over a month. It was like magic. Not just the pain, but the swelling was dramatically reduced too. I have fairly dry skin, and can keep them on for several days. They peel off easily and don't leave a sticky residue. Can be worn in the shower and still last for days. I'm very happy with this product and will continue to use them as needed.

They work!
These were really interesting. They have no odor, no feeling, they're about the size of a quarter and you can use a bunch at a time. - THEY ACTUALLY WORK! I don't know how, but they do. - I tested them on a strained shoulder and also a broken ankle. The patches made a huge improvement with both. I only have one disappointment... the adhesive wasn't as sticky as people said it was. Maybe I got on old box or something. Otherwise they are impressive.

It may not work for everybody, but it works for me, and i like the way i can apply them right to the point of pain. Neck, shoulder and recently knee.
