Do u need to go on diet for them to work ?

yes you do, however i was doing daily exercise and i reduced my portions and this wasn't effective at all. so the pills dont work. you should try apple cider vinegar though with the mother for wight loss

I think you just go onto cancel further orders if not click on merchants name their email or website will be on there to cancel..you should be able to locate a similar product without gelatin..but don't pay crazy prices as gelatin free is as popular as lactose gluten free
