Seems to clear you out. I've been taking 3 for 12 days now alongside calorie counting and halve lost 2kg. I've noticed they take a few days to work and I did get stomach ache the first few days but I'm feeling fuller now and not snacking.

Good snack suppressors
I was very skeptical but for ยฃ4 it's helped me a lot, energy is any high sleep really well, I've lost nearly a stone with working out and these have stopped the cravings. Excellent value for money in my opinion, not had any side effects that I can see if feel , do go the toilet alot more
