These work great for bith congestion and for masking unpleasant orders. I work in healthcare and sometimes patients have an unpleasant odor due to illness. I use these to make it easier to interact closely with my patients and not gave to hold my breath repeatedly.

WORTH IT! Working in healthcare you are exposed to a lot of different smells. This is perfect to block those out and it is so discreet! I love how the scents are different so you get to try a little bit of everything. Each pack comes with 2 which is honestly generous because the scents don’t go away. 1 pack could probably last you forever. I keep the pouch sealed to really keep in the scents. I will say that sometimes the scent is too overpowering so I wear it for 10-15 mins max. Highly recommend!

I believe these do work for helping with smells. I am a nurse who has a bad gag reflex with intense smells so when I start smelling, I pop one of these in and it helps me not gag. It doesn’t mask all the way and can irritate a little if u have it in too long but worth it for my case. I also have a septum and it still fits with it and not as noticeable. Downside is the price. I only tried the spearmint one so far and trying to reuse them but the smell is fading. Also it’s just a piece of plastic too. Maybe I can infuse essential oils in it later on idk. I also don’t think it helps with my sinus pressure.

My mom has terrible allergies and my brother works in hospital setting. I've gifted them both these nasal vapor. They both love it. It helps them breathe better and help with close encounters with stinky people.

In an unprecedented situation, a family member and I had to travel across county to make entry into a somewhat distant relatives' home after they had passed away. We had learned that she had a little bit of a cat hoarding issue that had left the house in bad shape, and we were preparing with as much equipment as possible in anticipation. It was worse than we imagined and these little guys.... can't say enough. They were amazingly helpful and more pleasant to wear than the typical smear of menthol under the nose. The scents are mild at their peak and last for about 4 hours. I did not experience any nasal dilation from the menthol. I'll try something stronger.

These are amazing! They fit comfortably in the nose. As a nurse, they have saved me from some very nasty smells! They are a bit pricey, but sometimes it is worth it.
