I have never experienced a Bluetooth drop/lag between my phone and the amp, after hundreds of hours of use. It is extremely reliable, unlike ear buds and Bluetooth speakers that seems to drop/lag occasionally. Sound quality is also excellent. I exclusively use the Bluetooth connection. I don’t have any wired connections to the amp. Just be sure to have the source (phone) volume at or near max for the best quality. **Q: There is no turntable ground connection. Does the turntable require its own preamp output?** A: 1. There is a ground connection on the back of the amplifier. It is a screw knob not a jack. I have my turntable grounded there. 2. Then it will shine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Terrific for middle level audiophilie grade. *by P***. on 27 December 2025* This is a highly underrated integrated amplifier.I've been using it in combination with Douk C100 pro (a top class DAC with bluetooth) hooked to a very basic pair of speakers MICCA MB42. This Denon, even with basic speakers gives out solid punch when "Analog" & "Source Direct" mode engaged. Its digital output does not lag behind, it performs equally well with optical output or through bluetooth, since it has got a nice inbuilt DAC(of course not the very best, but, yes very, very good one). What it lacks is a dedicated sub out, though a pre out is there which gives a good performance, but it could have been far better(an absolute gem) had there been Hi-pass & Low- pass filters with a dedicated sub out. The thing that disappointed me the most is its remote, it is not fully functional with the amp only, to get it fully functional one has to also use its turntable with the same model number. With its remote one can only control very basic functions like , volume control, switch on/ off, change inputs (quite a few inputs are there including digital one (optical) .Digital outputs like optical & aux are there as well – a big plus), but can not control either bass or treble – a big disappointment.
