Sent for this recipe book because if a need to follow a more protein based diet.  My level of exercise regime had come to a stand still because of a fractured ankle.  The recipes are varied, easy to follow and the so far all the meals I have cooked are tasty and I have not missed carbs at all.  This is a very useful book.
