What is the temperature range for this cookware? Can it be used in a wood fired oven?

It can be used with a wood fired oven, but be careful of any sudden temperature changes as this can cause the cazuela to crack. As always before using with any cooking source, the cazuela must be cured first.

i want to use this in my pizza oven,the stone gets up to 550 to 600 degrees ,will this be ok to use straight into the oven

Clay pot are intended for use over low heat. This cazuela requires a flame tamer. I have serious doubts that using it in a pizza oven on a stone won't cause cracking or breaking. I would not do it, especially if you are are putting it straight into a hot oven. It might work, but the risk of cracking is too high for my tastes.
