I contacted the seller. They gave me a few troubleshooting steps. They didn't happen to work, so they replaced the device. Anything can, without good reason, stop working, even among the best products and products lines. What I am thankful for is when the seller doesn't leave the customer in the lurch and stands behind the product. Prior to this system, we had one that served us well for roughly seven years. It's cost, however, was roughly 7 times that of this system.
