Exactly as described. Works perfectly and with ease due to heat conductive handle. Follow instructions to not machine wash and handle with care to ensure durability. Only complaint is shipping took a fairly long time but well worth the wait.

This is the Best ice cream scoop you could buy, and you won't regret buying it. The scoop warms with the heat of your hand and scoops the ice cream just like an ice cream parlour

I use it for my business. I used to make wet the ice cream scoop before using but this scoop does not need to be wet before using. It is very smooth and durable to use it. I love this scoop. I couldn’t write the review because it gives very satisfying every time when to use. Thank you

My first zeroll and it works very well, chose the 4oz which makes beautiful but large rolls of icecream - dense balls that mean you might only get 4-5 out of a 1 litre of icecream. Size means a bit of a wrist workout (but warm it up first and it’s easier), the 2.5oz is maybe a more manageable and normal size.
