Is 60 psi a Switch adjustable???

No. 40 on, 60 off. Actually some more like 65. You can bypass pressure switch and put a square D switch on pressure side and set it wherever you want.

Does it come with the battery clamps and wiring harnesss?

Negative. But I wouldn't recommend this product. I had it on a boat water system and the pressure switch failed after a few hours of operation over a few weeks. Put a new switch in and it failed again. Good pump, bad switch system.

Can I use it to pump saltwater

I don't believe it is rated for salt water ... but for a short term I think it would work fine

I would like to use for a live well, is it self priming, water resistance or sealed, and how many amps?

No this 12volt pump is not water resistant and is only capable of 5.5gph not 10. These are not designed to be exposed to elements. If you dont protect it and place in dry area away from elements it will fail and short out.17amps at start and about 7-8amps once running.It is self priming per specs to a point.All information you have asked is stated on amazon page and can be read faster there then asking this question to buyers/sellers.
