Are they thick enough to cover a black canvas?

With black canvas coverage, it will be more about the opacity level than the thickness. Opacity ratings are transparent, semi-transparent, semi-opaque, and opaque. So the more opaque the color is rated, the more coverage you will achieve with layering or mixing colors. How long does the ivory black take to dry? I’m new to oil paints so I don’t know how long each color takes to dry.

A few days on canvas, at least a week before display. If texture is thick maybe two weeks.
