This product works. It’s not just water weight it real removal. If you want to detox gently this is the product for you! I was still able to go about my regular day! I recommend this product for anyone on a Plateau use this and it will get you off it. Not to mention you will feel renewed.

Listen although these pills are very easy to swallow it just seemed like a lot. 8 a day is a lot but boy oh boy do they work. Mind you I started my first 4 Friday night by Tuesday I was exhausted. I had no energy left in me. Taking these and being a working person is challenging because I couldn't get anything done. On the bright side I did lose 5 lbs. though.

I was pleasantly surprised, that this product doesn’t make you cramp and run to the bathroom. You are able to comfortably hold in for 10-15 minutes. Easy to swallow. No discomfort or bloating. Highly recommend for a quick cleanse. I use it before I do a detox to minimize the discomfort of the detox process.

A bit of cramping but it’s sure cleaning me out.

I specifically looked for a cleans that wasn’t a mild laxative and found it with this product. It’s dangerous taking laxatives for a long or even short term. I’m not a fan of big pills so I opened them and put them in my daily tea. It works just as well! Makes you pee a lot, but after 3 days straight it affected my bowels so I stopped as they instructed. I did lose 3lbs within those 3 days, but furthermore I suspect it started making me spot. I made a doctors appt to see if it would be dangerous for me to continue to take them. I want to keep going, but only if it’s safe! Will update my review when I find out.

The best of u want to loose weight

I had the sore tummy in the first 2 days after having the tablets. Then according to the instructions, I only took 1-2 tablets in the third day. then I took 4 tablets from fourth to seventh days. I didn't loose any weight -same as my partner.
