Pretty simple, and works like expected.
This is kind of like, the cheap version of those cervical neck traction relaxers and stretchers out here on Amazon, that cost $300-$400. And depending on your condition, one of these might even work better than one of those expensive ones. Then again, it also might not help you at all. I've been looking for different kinds of relief for my condition for a long time now, and I can say from experience that's just how these things go. The only way to know if something is going to work for you, is to try it for yourself. And at least with this thing it doesn't cost a small fortune. Besides that, it's quite easy to use. A strap goes across the forehead. Then, a strap comes down off of that strap and goes down and around the chin. And finally, there's a manual squeeze pump that's used to pump air into the part that rests behind the neck. The pump has a button that lets the air out, and there's also a clip in the line that can pinch the air hose closed making it so that the hand pump can't pump air in or let air out. Oh, there's also two different places the head strap can be ran through so that people with larger and smaller heads can use this device. So it should fit pretty much anybody. Of course, there's always an exception and there's probably a few folks out there that it won't fit. Anyway, based on what I got I could definitely recommend this to anyone who is considering it. The item I got was what was described in the listing, and it performed just like it was supposed to. As for if it will work for anyone and their particular condition, I can't say though.

Stress Relief
My Chiropractor recommended this device for me to use to help get the curvature back into my neck. Sitting at a computer all day and the dreaded cellphone addiction has caused my neck to lose most of the natural curve. This unit is helping and surprisingly it helps reduce my stress and neck pain after a long day. Very easy to use and the instructions are simple. Just 15 minutes a day makes a big difference. I’m looking forward to seeing new xrays in a few months to see the progress. The price for this particular unit is worth every penny, especially in comparison to other devices on the market.

Works but pricey
These cheap plastic products should not be this expensive , a better chin/head strap is desired as well

Worth a try!
I was skeptical. I had an MRI scheduled for unbearable back pain that radiated down my right arm that was going to cost me $600. Went to the chiropractor steady 5 times, did dry needling, paid for a massage. Nothing helped. Chiro recommended this contraption. I have been using it and my pain was gone almost instantly. For the $57 I spent I’d say it’s worth a try…. Every else was more expensive! I think it popped my c1-c2. I’m assuming that’s something the chiropractor couldn’t do. Needless to say I’m thrilled with my purchase!

Manufacturing Warranty
Update 17 May 2024 - The supplier contacted me and said they would send me a replacement product. I received it today and I have used it. This product is great and worth the investment. I originally gave this a 5 star rating in June 2023. I have used the product on an average of five days a week since I received it in June last year. Last week the bladder that goes under my neck started leaking air. I sent the company a message through Amazon explaining the situation and they did not respond. I contacted Amazon customer service and they told me there is no manufacturer warranty. I cannot revise my original review so I am writing a new one. This is a great product but keep in mind if something wears out or breaks past the 30 day return policy, you are stuck with it. I feel I got the full value / benefit of the item but I did not expect to be purchasing another one so soon. This is a lesson learned for me so you don’t have to experience on your own. Going forward , I am going to verify there is a manufacturer warranty on the next product I purchase.

Way too small for an average head and poor build.
As a pretty average headed kinda guy.. it did not even come close to fitting. The chin strap only made it to my nose. Pretty cheaply made too... definite no go for us. As a massage therapist if it were just a fit issue... I would have gifted to a client but this just was not a keeper.

Effective but design could be improved
I have only been using this about a week in order to gradually put the curve back in my neck, which is straight and should be curved. Laying on it is no problem. What IS a problem are the head and chin straps. The Velcro barely sticks and comes loose almost instantly, and the snaps are flimsy and don't stay snapped if you even slightly move to adjust yourself. In fact, I had to send the first one back because a snap was defective and wouldn't snap at all. I've given up on using the straps, which don't seem to be necessary anyway. My chiropractor recommended working up to 15 minutes, but right now I can only handle 5 minutes at a time or I will get a migraine. I'm going to keep at it. Just take it slow and don't crank it up too much until you get used to it.

Chin strap buttons broken
The adjustable chin strap buttons fell off when I tried to adjust it. I tried to contact seller to get replacement strap, but was referred to amazon shipping and tried to request replacement, but the automated system said I was unable to get refund/replacement. I was unable to find a direct contact information for seller. Otherwise the item works, but I'll have to repair the strap myself.
