How many do I need for 6 rolls wallpaper??

It actually only covers about 1 double roll of wallpaper. Because of the small quantity in the bucket, I believe it's intended for use with border paper. Lowes and Home Depot carry gallon size buckets for the same price as this one. I hung 4 double rolls with it and still have half of the bucket leftover.

Can you glue this on top of wallpaper?

It will work on top of old wallpaper. Just be sure the d paper is adhered to the wall well and this will adhere the new product to the old paper.

Can I use the 3-D tiles on the ceiling?

Yes, it works really well, once you put it on hold it for 2 seconds then it will start to dry. It works very well.

can it glue concrete with PVC?

I do not understand what you are asking. It certainly cannot glue a pvc pipe to concrete.
