Bosch B36CL81ENG 36 inch Smart Counter-Depth 4-Door Refrigerator

This refrigerator looks and functions as you'd expect a Bosch product. However, (and this is a BIG "however") the middle wine drawer has a safety glass outer finish. One day a butter dish fell from the dairy shelf and glanced off the glass facing on the middle drawer. The glass facing completely fractured as safety glass does, into thousands of tiny micro-fractures. It all stayed together however, it has created quite a calamity for a glancing blow. Called the Bosch certified repair specialist and you can't just replace the glass. To make the repair requires the whole drawer facing to be replaced. The drawer facing has a computer and controls in it. The computer works fine and there's no damage to the controls but yet they don't sell just the glass and the whole "kit and kaboodle" must be replaced. Total cost for repairing the fallen butter dish damage, parts, labor and tax = $1225.66. For this reason, I do not recommend this product. I would not purchase again.
