The cups and caps looks like the original I have from my unit. Good price point. I take care when putting the blade unit on. I mix my drinks early in the morning with not much lighting on. Don't want to wake the pets up. Screw backwards I found is the best, you'll feel when you pass the thread, then I just tighten. Easier also, if you don't have the cup over full. I use a bottle brush item I found on Amazon that is on a plastic stick to clean them out inside, I looked I can't find it on my order history. It was so loud that I have to use earplugs to blend anything otherwise it is actually hurtful to my ears.Recently, I saw that the underside of the blades were smoking after 30 seconds, and there is a distinct plastic burning smell. I am not planning to use the blades again, they are a cheap knock-off. I'll probably just use the tumblers with the original blades.Save your money and buy just the tumblers.
