Yes there is graphic sex in this story...The title alone should tell you that ...But this book is actually well written; you actually care about all the characters and the odd growth they all go through...The writing is good, the story is intriguing...All in all a rather good read...I look forward to the next one...

I'm a big fan of Vall's series of stories, and without a doubt this new series is one of his best. The characters are well developed, the plot is actually interesting and not generic, and the overall theme makes you want to keep flipping the pages. This is a highly recommended read and I couldn't put it down!

The adventure continues. Jack and the girls are back and facing a whole new set of challenges. Things get interesting. The story and characters were intriguing and engaging. I look forward to reading more about these characters and their further adventures. This book is definitely worth reading.

Our God, Jack, is helping his 3 gorgeous priestesses survive in a run down convent that is really old, but Jack is new at this 'whole God thing.' He and they are helping another settlement of gnomes and protecting them also. When a gnome baby is kidnapped, Jack and the priestesses go to rescue her ans kill a group of bad guys. This was a lot more fun than the last book & I'm looking forward to the next in the series. Read in 4 days

There were a few odd discrepancies in this story, like how a ride to the mountain goblin base was supposed to take a half a day turned into a few hours. Aleia should have caught Robert traveling to their base instead of already being there for however long. Also, leaving Deep and Squeaks alive with the knowledge of the Gnomes was a huge mistake. Jack should have just had Aleia kill them to keep the trail clean. Anyway, it’s difficult to pick a favorite priestess so it’s best to love all three equally and with conviction. Jack should marry them with a quick ceremony when he comes down next time and also in their dreams individually. The gorgeous women would love that.

The Convent keeps improving as the story continues to get better. I really enjoyed the pacing in this book, a very good blend of slower moments mixed in with action. This series is quickly joining the list of favorites that I look forward to reading through again.

The overall story is good, but Jack's followers spend about half the book telling each other how much they like and appreciate each other. There are whole pages dedicated to just that, without advancing the story at all.

When I started this series, I was curious to see how things would work with the world building and the circumstances our God-Like MC found himself in. But as I read these books, the more intriguing and exciting they became. And the second book is even better than the first with more exploration, excitement and adventure... Plus gorgeous and beautiful priestesses. Already dying for the 3rd book!

Very good read, I could not stop reading once I started. I cannot wait for the next one. Great job!!

Lot of Fun

Damon dude this new series is Absofuckinglutley awesome I bought both books at the same time and not an I glad I did I literally didn't stop till I'd read both books I was instantly drawn into the story and love the characters so far I seriously can't wait for the next book. I'm loving the characters and story more each book and cannot wait to read the next one as soon as it comes out. There are some mistakes here and there but they are just bumps in the road of a good story. Cheers!
