It's an official mlb ball. Nice quality. Just a little pricey.

I picked up the 2025 Rawlings Official Baseball (rejected version) specifically to use for an autograph signing, and it worked perfectly. Even though it’s a “rejected” ball, the quality is still excellent — the leather feels premium, the stitching is tight, and it looks just like the game-quality version. The smooth, clean surface made it easy for the signature to go on without smudging, and the ball displayed beautifully afterward. For autograph collectors or anyone wanting a high-quality baseball without paying full retail, this is a great option. I’d definitely buy it again.

I bought this baseball display after buying another product that was a total horrible product! This case is easy to “snap” back together when you put the baseball in. Another nice addition was that you get a official MLB baseball with it!

Nice to get autographs, gives the ball more value

Quality ball, case tricky to get on and off. I recommend looking online for a video for how to remove the case, one you get the hang of it, it gets easier. I had a charity event with lots of these balls coming in for autographs, and it took a few tries to get used to the cases. But they are good to have, since they protect from fading and discoloring, and have a built in stand. Would recommend.

Rawlings MLB official baseballs are a versatile gift. You can have your favorite players sign the balls or use them to play with. There are more inexpensive baseballs to purchase if it’s intended purpose is the latter and more expensive specialty baseballs if it’s the former. Amazon’s price point is better than most competitors including the manufacturer Rawlings. What you get is the ball itself and the UV(ultra violet) protected case which can cost as high as $6.00 on its own, and yes pirates and unscrupulous vendors sell them separately. The case’s UV capability as far as I can tell is quite good as I have owned baseballs for decades with little to no fading on either the ball itself or the ink from the autographs. The cases are stackable if you intend to purchase more than one. In the case they are approximately 3.25” by 3.2”. The balls themselves may contain minor imperfections as with any mass produced item like stitches fraying and marks on the leather etc. Overall this does not detract from the product and the price I paid. Additionally some foul balls I was fortunate enough to catch at games themselves also have these quirks. The balls are manufactured in Costa Rica. Overall I subscribed to purchase these balls from Amazon because I go to many Minor and Major League Baseball games to get autographs from the players. These balls are perfect keepsakes that can be passed on from generation to generation.

For the price it would be a bit much to use as a play ball, there is certainly cheaper, but if you want the real deal, this is the one to buy, it comes in a nice clear case which presents the ball quite nicely. Its genuinely so nice i did not want to take it out, so it remains in its case. Looks well made and i wouldn't doubt that is a genuine official MLB baseball. I love it. I recommend to any baseball lover, or anyone that wants to take a look at the real thing, feel it, throw it, get a genuine experience of what the majors are all about.

Bought this for my collection, the case is difficult to open, buts works fine, using it to display a different ball, unfortunately I wouldn’t say the ball is worth it, because it looks like a painted rock, and the weight is off.

Schöner Baseball für meine Vitrine :) Das case ist ein wenig tricky zu öffnen, aber wenn man es einmal raus hat läuft es wie geschmiert.
