I prefer this tube version of NYX's eye shadow base as opposed to their gel-pot version, as that one goes on really thick and makes my eyeshadow all goopy. This one, however, is awesome. I bought it months ago and I'm not even through the whole tube. You only need a little bit of it to cover your whole lid. The applicator wand does a good job of distributing product. I have relatively sensitive eyes and this doesn't make my eyes sting or swell at all. It also helps keep my eyeshadow and eyeliner on all day long, even after an 8-hour shift where I'm constantly on my feet. It holds up really well with sweat, too- if I don't use this under my eyeshadow before I go to the gym, my eyes become a smudgy mess. This stuff is awesome, cheap, and lasts a long time. Update: after using this for almost a year almost every day, I finally had to buy a new tube. This stuff lasts long and performs really well. It was again delivered on-time and in the condition described, and wrapped in original sealed plastic.
