Not black
Not as advertised. These shorts are dark grey not black. Very comfortable and lightweight. Basically underwear you can wear outdoors. The waistband is a good fit however there is little stretch if you have wide hips.

On the small side , im a 28 and just squeezed into them , they are good quality though.

These are simply not fit for purpose. Gore is using a soft polyamide which is low quality and bobbles after a few washes. Gore used to use hard polyamide the ones Inused to buy years ago. If they were selling them for £5 then fair enough but they are charging a premium price on Primark grade product

Small is an understatement
Have lots of Gore running kit. I am a medium in everything. Ordered these in medium and cannot get them up past my knees. Couldn't be bothered with the return process, so they duly hit the bin. Very disappointed.

Excellent running shorts. ORDER 1 SIZE UP!
I am 183cm (6' 1/2") and 78kg (172 lbs) I ordered size L and these shorts fit me very comfortably for warm/hot weather running. + Very lightweight yet durable material + Breathable, comfortable mesh lining + Non-restrictive, "free" feeling fit with no snags or rubbing + Secure & sturdy rear zipper pocket fits key + cards nicely Several other customer reviews suggested to order these Gore Wear shorts 1 size larger than normal, and I found this advice to be accurate. I normally wear size M running shorts in other brands (New Balance, Asics) but choosing size L in these Gore Wear shorts was a good decision. (Size M in Gore would likely have been too snug/tight fitting for me.) OVERALL: Excellent & well-made running shorts for warm/hot weather that I have reached for the most especially during the summer months. ORDER 1 SIZE UP from other major brands. I recommend these shorts to other runners and I would definitely purchase this model again.
