What's the difficulty level of this pattern?

I had a little trouble making the curved bust seams lie flat, especially since I had to move the curve of the bust. Other than that, it was not difficult at all.

Does this pattern have a zipper closure? Back? Side?

I looked carefully at the pattern instructions, no zipper! Anywhere. It apperars to be a pull over dress.
