Would the output from a 20 watt guitar amp be enough to drive this speaker?

It could but it wouldn't be as loud as it could be.

What Behringer amp would work the best to put 2 of these on each channel?

I’ve two of these on a 1200watt Behringer mixer, even tried two on one channel. Ether way they work well. Of course depends on your needs but recommend one on each of the main outs split.

Would this work with my behringer xenyx 1002B mixing board

I don’t know your system, but these accept the stands jacks or low z connectors. The main thing to consider is these need power (watt) so if your system doesn’t amp out then you’ll need to bridge that. Otherwise, highly recommend these as stage monitors or just plain beasts!

I'm confused, according to Behringer the VP1220F is a floor monitor with 12" woofer and 1.75" tweet. This product page talks about the VS1520. ????
