Sturdy & reliable
I use these rods on a weekly basis. I put spider wire on them and they cast and reel with no problems. I caught a 15lb catfish and it barely bent the pole. Very sturdy & reliable. I bought 2 of these and may need 2 more.

Great Value
These rods are WAY TO GOOD for the money. Great for what I use them for when surf fishing and river bank fishing. This rod really impressed me for the money and I have it set up with the Abu Garcia Ambassedeur. My Spinning rod version is set up with a Pen 105C. They both cast really well and are very strong.

Affordable Heavy Fishing
Very affordable fishing rod for some heavy fishing. I fitted it with an older Penn 309 reel. Taking it out for some ocean fishing soon. 🛥️ 🎣 🌊

Berkley bait casting rod
This Berkley pole is a good medium bait casting rod, the ferules seem to crack in a short time of use causing nicks and damage to the line. I give it a 7 out of 10 rating.
