Works really well and easy to clean. They warp a little in the oven but return to normal when they cool. Good size. Would order again

I got the 12x16's because they're the largest which would fit, two at a time, in my oven. And I'm so impressed with the quality!!! Like seriously, these pans and even the racks are heavy!!! (Not too heavy, but heavy, meaning, "quality"). They're also shiny, which at least means food won't stick to them as much as a more matte finished steel. I haven't used them yet, their shiny finish is better than a stainless matte finish, and also aluminum, no matter if the aluminum is high polished or not. Aluminum is a soft metal, and so will scratch, and it will interact with the food in a toxic way. Aluminum sheet pans are cheaper, but the stainless ones are 10x better and worth the cost. A more popular and better reviewed version of sheet pans and racks is offered, but the racks only have a single layer of wires along the length. I compared the photos of those racks and the criss-cross ones on this page, and the gauge of the wires seemed the same to me. So, I chose these ones, despite the better reviews for the lengthwise only wire racks, because at the end of the day, the extra metal used will serve to wick the heat away from your items faster, plus there's less of a chance that broken cookies pieces will fall through. My mom used to have criss-cross wire grid cooling racks which were crimped, and I've searched everywhere for them and have only found them for round cooling racks. The crimping brings the bottom layer of wires up to the level of the top layer, which makes direct contact with your cooling items, and so wicks the heat away even faster than the criss-cross grid on this page. But these will work when the crimped ones don't seem to be available. I'm so pleased that I finally got these, especially in time for Thanksgiving, so that I can use these for roasted veggies. Every kitchen needs sheet pans like these and I highly recommend them!!!

These work great and I like them much better than "non-stick" pans. The non-stick never lasts and I'm worried about eating the coating. These are just stainless, so no worries. I use parchment occasionally on these and that works well. They do go "sproing" in the oven and warp slightly because stainless can do that. When cooled, they straighten right out. Not a concern for me. Usually clean up fine in the dishwasher. No rust!

I read reviews for soooo many baking pans looking for ones that don’t warp but I didn’t see any product where people weren’t complaining about warping, so I settled on this pair. It came well packed and in perfect condition. Shiny as everyone describes. And I finally used them for the first time today and both warped within minutes of being placed in my preheated 400 degree oven. But I expected it so it was fine. I always line with parchment paper (it is the best and I hope everyone does this) so I didn’t need to scrub it clean so I won’t know how this fares under regular cooking conditions. And I also don’t know if I’ll be so nonplussed about the warping if I’m using it with the rack and have bacon on it. But we shall see. Maybe it doesn’t warp if the oven is 375? When I try it, I’ll update this review. But so far, I like them and don’t have any regrets about buying these baking pans.

Received my trays and racks today. Wow, these are really nice. Mirror finish, super smooth surface, and heavy rolled edges to the trays. The metal is thicker than what I expected for the price too!. The racks are very nice thick gauge wire also. I have not used them yet, but from my initial opening of the box, these were super well packed and should be just fine. My wife was a professional baker before she retired and there is no way I'm putting her commercial aluminum pans in my BBQ pit. I bought this stainless set just for my smoker as the stainless will clean right up and from the look of the build of these they will last forever!

Love these pans! The pans are heavy guage weight and clean easily in the dishwasher. The racks are perfect for a few slices of bacon in the oven or any other baking use.

... That I'd be using these on the daily! Pretty sturdy, easy to clean, and they're stainless steel... NOT aluminum! They're great... I juuust wish I could fit them side by side in my oven, but I can't. One of my best "ditch aluminum" purchases of the year!

I love it! 100% stainless. only comment is the way it was delivered. it was in a plastic packaging so the tray had some dent. overall, i am satisfied.

These baking trays work well for meat, french fries etc. as well as cookies. The wire tray serves as a cooling rack underneath the pan or on top of the pan for baking or grilling. It's really strong, sturdy and doesn't buckle under high heat. I refer the shiny trays for cookies. The dark ones make the undersides of the cookies dark while the tops are light golden. I used to put aluminum foil on the underside of the dark, non-stick cookie trays to avoid that. This cookie tray makes perfect cookies with both sides the same colour. It washes easily as not much sticks to it, but I don't suggest the dishwasher as it will discolour the beautiful mirror-like sheen. Just soak if necessary in warm water with a small squirt of dishwashing liquid for a while and anything baked-on will come off. Then use a gentle nylon scrubbie to remove anything else. The Dawn or Palmolive spray-on dish cleaner works wonders as well, but I usually find a bit of soaking is all that's necessary and only for baked on meat or sticky sauce. Cookies don't leave anything much. So I recommend these baking trays - best quality I've ever had.

En la base tiene muy buen espesor por lo que no se pandea o se dobla cuando tiene un objeto encima y tampoco a temperatura alta se deforma, lo mismo sucede con la reja.
