**Q: Are these certified safe for children? what type of plastic are these made of? do they contain phthalates or pvc?**
A: They are clear plastic tubes.  I don’t know about being certified.  I don’t know what they’re made of but they are awesome!  Highly recommended!!!  I used them to distinguish sounds high, low; sound or no sound, etc.  I used them with all ages of preschool children.

**Q: is this a sensory kits or are they pre assembled?**
A: they're just empty tubes. nothing in them at all. you have to decide what to put into them for them to actually have the "sensory" aspect.
