Will these mcoplus extension tubes work with a Nikon D5600?

I have a much older D60, but it seems to work fine. I cannot answer your question with confidence, but a single ri g worked on my D60. I did not "stack" multiple rings, because the smallest ring seemed to give me the magnification I wanted. When flower season starts, I will likely try more of them tovether.right out of the box I looked at three things: 1. tightness of fit...It was nice and tight. 2. Ease of mount/dismount.... a tiny bit stiff, but fine. 3. Retention of autofocus function...it worked with a single ring. Overall, I think this is a very economical alternative to a macro lens. I hope this helps.

Can I change the aperture from the camera?

yes . it works to D5200 but which lens did you use ? normally can easy autofocus when you use 1 or 2 tubees together . it is not easy autofocus if you want to use 3tubes together.
