Stopped working after a couple months. Put fresh batteries in it but would not turn on. Update: Reached out to Seller and they sent a new one. Shows that they stand behind their product.

The GILOBABY Kids Robot is adorable and has some fun features like dancing, singing, and voice recording. It worked exactly as described, and the build quality seems solid. My kids were excited when they first played with it, and it definitely grabbed their attention for a while. Unfortunately, the novelty wore off quicker than I expected. After a few short play sessions, they stopped picking it up, and it’s now sitting on the shelf. I think it’s great for younger kids who enjoy interactive, talking toys, but it may not hold the interest of children for long. Overall, it’s a well-made toy with neat features, but in our case, it just didn’t keep the kids engaged for more than a few days.

This item was bought in October for my 9 year old grandson for Christmas. When they took it home Christmas Day, they read all directions and charged it overnight. The robot or charger is defective and doesn’t work. Because I was outside my window with Amazon I could not get a replacement. I tried to reach the company through email because there is no phone number, the email came back as wrong. So now I’m out this money since there is no way to contact them. Wow this company is ridiculous. Amazon sent me a message that the company wants to refund me and all I need to do is text back refund. What a joke, no refund and no way to contact company and talk to a person. That’s bad business for a company. If I ever see a refund in my bank account, I will be shocked.
