Loveeeee the fruit punch flavor, tastes just like it! Does really help with wound healing. Worth the price 100% will be purchasing again if I ever need it again 😊

I had surgery in July 2025. A few weeks later we noticed a small area was closed but the ‘bed’ (my doctor’s term for the bottom layers of the skin) was not healing. We tried different methods to promote the healing of that area to no avail including a wet to dry bandage. In September we decided to do a debridement. After the debridement, it looked as if it was healing well. Approximately three weeks later, it became infected on the inside which caused it to reopen. I then went to a wound care clinic. This clinic is part of a major, well known, top rated, specialty hospital that works with high risk patients of which I am a patient. They had me pack the wound with medicated gauze every other day. They also suggested that I drink two packets of Juven daily and eat lots of protein. It has been one month, the wound is now healed. Each staff member who examined me during my visits was convinced that the Juven played a major part of the healing. The difference between my first and second visit was clearly visible and it improved from week to week. They suggested that I continue it for two more weeks but I have been cleared to continue further treatments. I bought the fruit punch flavor and mixed it with 8 ounces water. The taste was fine for me. I drank it without food, between breakfast and lunch and then between dinner and bedtime. If I have another surgery, my intention will be to use Juven to help the healing process. Pricey? Yes. But we are all worth every penny. I’ve used these before for a foot infection that I had and they were so incredible that now with this diabetic ulcer I have going on it was recommended by the doctor and even though it’s pricey, I purchased it because it absolutely 100% works I’m almost completely healed and I’ve only been drinking these for the last two weeks!! they don’t even taste bad either. They taste very good amazing flavor taste just like juice.

I purchased the Fruit Punch flavor of Juven by Ensure to help support healing after surgery. The taste was actually much better than I expected — easy to drink and not overly chalky or thick like some nutrition powders can be. I liked that it’s designed specifically for wound healing and recovery support. One thing I really appreciated was the packet design. When you tear open the top, the opening is the perfect size to pour directly into a water bottle without making a mess, which made it convenient to use. Just don't forget to take a few sips first to make room for the powder! The downside for me was that I consistently noticed headaches after drinking it. I’m not sure if it was one of the ingredients or just how my body reacted, but it happened enough times that I felt it was related to the product. Because of that, I’m not sure I’ll continue using it, even though the flavor and recovery-focused ingredients were a plus.
