Price was not even considered to get a genuine Ninebot product to complement my ride. Bad move. Turns out it's a piece of junk and I end up keeping my phone in my pocket, or placing it in the scooter bag.Two mains issues:1) the slots to insert the phone are not wide enough to securely hold a phone with a decent case. I'm not talking about an Otterbox - just a regular Spigen case makes the phone dangerously at risk of ejection with small bumps. And obviously I'm not gonna put my bare phone in there without its protective gear.2) the arms can easily move out of angle and fall off your phone corner, again risking to eject your phone.There are better alternatives to this.
