This has worked wonders for my cystic acne
I deal with neck acne on my neck and have for years and this is the ONE SUPPLEMENT that has gotten rid of my cystic acne & is now apart of my daily supplements I cannot LIVE without. My first photos is me now, my last one is an example of what I deal with usually, but not anymore!!! After reading studies online about high zinc doses helping acne prone (even cystic) individuals, between 40-50mg and how it helped dramatically- I knew I wanted to increase my daily intake to test it out myself and WOW AM I IMPRESSED…. My skin hasn’t been this clear in ages. I am so happy that my skin is finally clearing up. I think the added vitamin a and e has helped as well with my scarring left behind from my neck acne & I couldn’t be happier.. 🥹☺️ it’s been a long long hard journey for my skin, but look no further!!! I almost never leave reviews, but this product is AMAZING. I’m in my 30s and have tried countless acne products over the years, and nothing worked like this. My skin hasn’t been this calm in a long time (knock on wood 🪬). It completely cleared my skin in just two weeks. I already ordered three more bottles because I never want to run out. By far the cheapest and most effective solution for hormonal acne I’ve ever tried. Highly recommend!

Can mess with your hair
May very well work for skin but be careful!! Excess zinc can cause hair thinning and premature grey hair. I noticed this and I’m only 22.. so I immediately stopped taking it. Do your research! This level is very well over the recommended daily intake.
