Is this a quarter sheet or half sheet? The page says a half sheet, but the blurb says the quarter sheet pan measures 17.9 x 12.9 x 1.3 inches

We are sorry for the confusion! This is a half sheet pan and cooling/baking rack set. The aluminum sheet pan measures 17.9 x 12.9 x 1.3 inches. The baking rack measures 11.5 x 16.5 x 1.0 inches. Please let me know if there is anything else we can help with!

Are these fda approved "commercial grade and food safe"? local retailer sells another brand that states this specifically.

It works great 👍, but don’t know if it’s FDA approved? Pretty sure FDA only approves food and drugs. The grill is dishwasher safe, and the pan is not. Hand wash only.

will this work in convection oven ??

The rack is very sturdy and does not warp when heated as many other racks do. I like the fact that it is raised high enough above the baking sheet that foods do not lie in a pool of grease. Fits nicely inside my baking sheet.
