ベンチプレスで肩と肘を痛めて約２年ベンチプレスが出来ませんでした。他の種目をやってましたが、一番好きなベンチプレスが出来なくてイマイチ筋トレやる気もおきなくなっていたところこの商品を見つけ購入しました。これは凄いです、肩、肘の不安が無くなり、この商品を装着することで自然に正しいフォームに矯正されます。今後も無理せず続けていきたいです。

No more shoulder pain while benching, dipping etc. For every chest exercise you can use the sling shot. You will be able to lift more with less injuries

Have some sort of deterioration/impingement in right shoulder. I could not not bench over 135 pounds without pain. Got to 310 pounds with this device. As advertised. Great product. Great quality. Game changer for someone with shoulder challenges...now if they only made something for elbows...
