Harissa Hot Sauce - great addition to couscous
My husband makes the best couscous and his go to spice is Le Phare du Cap Bon - Harissa Hot Sauce. He gives the tubes as gifts to my daughters every year for Christmas.

Harissa hot sauce is used in most European places and Northern Africa.
I never thought in the past years that I will found Harissa hot sauce on Amazon ! but I did !. This brand is a well known hot sauce in European countries and Northern Africa. Unfortunately the Amazon's seller of this hot sauce doesn't know how to pack the stuff he sells. The hot sauce tube in its little original cartoon box was just put inside a big plastic enveloppe... fortunately this seller doesn't sell "eggs". Anyway... we can't fix stupid... and I got my hot sauce.
