Good customer service
Had to return the first one due to it quit working on first day. They sent me a replacement before I returned the original. No shipping costs involved!

Good performance but flimsy as expected not to damage when hits the walls or people. Good form outdoors. Will buy again.

Low quality, but fun while it lasts.
So this was a birthday present for my son. He loves it, the bright lights entrance him and he loves all forms of vehicle right now (Especially helicopters!) Unfortunately, we're less than one day from opening the gift and it's already failing on us. The bearing doesn't spin cleanly and it's only getting worse. It's almost completely bound up now. Given the price, I didn't expect an amazing product, but I expected more than a day of play. Update: The toy made it about half a day more. I would not recommend this product. Even given the price, there are better deals for your money.

Awesome toy but charging time is trash
I bought this for my autistic son who is currently obsessed with spinning objects. This was the perfect gift for him, but, after playing with it for about 10 minutes. It needed to be recharged after charging for 4 hrs before allowing him to play with it. I wish the play time was more lengthy. My child kept having melt downs when it was time to charge it.

Cute and lasting item
These toys are fantastic. I got for my two youngest great nephews last Christmas and they loved them! And they are still working, which is even better. My niece isn't completely sold on them, but they do entertain the little boys.

Work as it supposed to!
Enjoyed playing with it, a little scary at first, when trying to learn how to catch it. thought the fan was spinning extremely fast , but after a while got the handle of it, priced I think on the high end but very fun to play with.
