I have sleep apnea & thin skin, so I have frequent nose bleeds from the dry air in the CPAP machine. When I use this product in my nostrils, it makes me less apt to bleed because it softens the skin. If you use it for this, make sure the clean it out of your nose completely before you put on your CPAP, or you could contaminate the machine. This product far exceeded my expectations for performance and helps heal my dry skin with exactly the same performance but the added peace of mind that it is natural ingredients.
